journey

Sports
&
Yoga
has
begun
a
very
long
time
ago.
Suffering
from
severe
back
pain
caused
by
scoliosis
as
a
teenager,
she
had
to make exercise an inevitable part of her life.
And
as
years
passed
by
and
her
pains
were
getting
better
and
better,
exercise became the most natural and indispensable part of her life.
She
became
fascinated
by
the
energy
of
self-expression
through
movement
and
tried
various
disciplines
including
dancing,
kick-boxing,
swimming,
long
distance running and fitness.
2009
was
her
first
encounter
with
Yoga
with
an
amazing
teacher
Michel
Besnard in Hong Kong.
It
was
after
the
very
first
Yoga
class
that
she
knew
she
wanted
to
take
this
direction on her journey.
And
so
she
began...
Yoga
Teacher
Trainings
in
Hong
Kong
and
Thailand
followed
by
therapeutical
trainings
and
seminars
in
Munich
and
in
2016/2017
a
500-Hours
Yoga
Alliance
certified
Teacher
Training
with
Jason
Crandell in San Francisco.
Viera
teaches
what
she
lives.
Her
classes
and
trainings
are
a
mixture
of
her
knowledge
of
human
anatomy,
her
passion
for
movement
and
the
principle,
that
the
key
element
of
the
practice
is
the
benefit
of
any
exercise
or
Yoga
asana and not the asana or exercise itself.
Her

trainings
